About the Role

Soaren is seeking a Full Stack Engineer Intern to develop an AI-driven internal dashboard focused on optimizing call center operations. This role offers the chance to manage the project from concept to completion. Ideal candidates will possess proficiency in React, JavaScript, and FastAPI, coupled with substantial experience in AWS, including microservices architecture and cloud deployment. Your expertise will directly enhance our operational efficiency and customer interaction capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using Node, JavaScript, Rest APIs/GraphQL, React and modern database technologies
• Have a strong eye for the operational aspects of the platform such as deployment, performance tuning, scalability and monitoring
• Lead and participate in critical technical and product discussions with leaders across our engineering, product, and business teams
• Ownership on the entirety of your features; including API design, implementation, automated testing, and roll out
• Work as an escalation point to troubleshoot any production issues
• Keep technical debt low by reinforcing our Engineering culture of code reviews, good test coverage, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience as a full stack engineer owning features end-to-end
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, and Python
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks React
• Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, and FastAPI/Flask.
• Knowledge of databases and ORM frameworks MySQL, and MongoDB
• Experience developing and implementing API service architecture
• Experience working in AWS cloud environments
• Ability to build secure web applications with user authentication
